About...Character Education
Character education promotes citizenship, values and positive attitudes (such as respect,
responsibility, honesty, kindness, tolerance, etc) that are demonstrated by students' behaviour. At Ronald harvey, we teach, model and recognize these virtues in our students. Some of the initiatives that we have in place to build and enhance character building are:

- Playground Pals (Grade 5 and 6 students were trained by the Community Youth Coordinator from the City of St. Albert to develop cooperation skills and lead the Division One students in cooperative games and play during recess and to resolve minor conflicts and help students to get along with each other)
